Rules of the “Chase To Cheltenham“ Competition

• In the “Chase To Cheltenham” tipping game, which is held over 20 qualifying UK and Irish horse racing meetings between Jan 11th 2018 and February 25th 2018, you are competing against fellow RaceBets customers to win a pair of Cheltenham Festival Day 1 VIP tickets.
• Your top 5 scores from the 20 qualifying meetings are totaled to form the final Chase To Cheltenham leaderboard.
• The top 12 positions of the final Chase To Cheltenham leaderboard will win 2 VIP Cheltenham Day 1 tickets subject to terms and conditions. Not only that, but the top 100 runners up will win A £/€50 Cheltenham Betting Bank. This will be added to the customer’s account by 11am 13th March 2018. Full details of the betting bank can be found below.
• For each individual game, a prize of £50 is also awarded to the player with the most accumulated points wins the grand prize.
• But that's not all! For each individual qualifying game if you beat our bookies score you’ll win a consolation prize of £10.
• The aim of each individual game is to correctly predict the winner of six different races. Points are awarded for every selected runner who finishes within the place terms for each race.

Participation

In order to participate you simply have to bet at least GBP 10 in any participating race(s) of the qualifying game.1 You can select and change your tips up until the start of the first race.

• Scoring
• At the start of the first race, you can see the bookie's tips under "Points". The points will be awarded within one minute of the settlement of each race. If your chosen runner places, you will receive points equivalent to the SP place odds.
• For a winner, there are additional victory points equal to the winning SP odds. If one of the selected horses is a non-runner, the SP favourite will be assigned instead. In cases where there is more than one favourite, the horse with the lowest card number will be assigned.

Individual Game Leaderboard

• After the points for the first race have been awarded, you can then view the leaderboard. This is continuously updated throughout the game and will show the ten players with the most points. Further their tips for the remaining races in terms of the card numbers of the chosen runners.
• If you or the bookie are not listed in the top 10, your placings will still be displayed on screen.
• The overall winner who places first on the leaderboard will be credited the grand prize of £50/€50 as a bonus on their account. Should more than one player have the same amount of points, the grand prize will be divided equally.
• Individual Game Consolation Prize
• If after all six races you have more points than the bookie, you will win a consolation prize of £10, paid as bonus cash.

Chase To Cheltenham Final Leaderboard

• Click on the Chase To Cheltenham leaderboard tab to see your current standings. Here, the five highest game scores are listed for each player from the qualifying games. For example, if a player participates in 12 different games of the 20 qualifying games, the sum of their five highest points total will be the points total for the Chase To Cheltenham final leaderboard.
• The top 12 positions will receive 2 VIP tickets to Cheltenham Festival Day 1. Should more than one player have the same amount of points and tied for 12th position, the winner will be the player who has participated in the most Chase to Cheltenham qualifying games. If still tied then their 6th best score will be compared and the highest score will be deemed the winner. If still tied after this, their 7th best score will be compared and the highest score will be deemed the winner. If still tied, a draw will take place to determine winner.
• The top 100 runners up (position 13 to 112) will receive £/€50 betting bank for Cheltenham. Should more than one player have the same amount of points for position 100, the winner will be decided by the player who has participated in the most Chase to Cheltenham qualifying games. If still tied, then their 6th best score will be compared and the highest score will be deemed the winner. If still tied after this, their 7th best score will be compared and the highest score will be deemed the winner. If still tied, a draw will take place to determine winner.
• The leaderboard will be updated by 1pm GMT each Monday.

Cheltenham VIP Tickets Terms And Conditions

• 1. Prize includes: Club Admission Ticket | Official Racecard | Morning Coffee and Biscuits | Car Parking | 4 course set lunch menu | Betting Service | Complimentary Bar | Race Previews | £/€10 free bet for each race on Day 1 of Cheltenham festival per ticket holder to be used on RaceBets betting platform. Free bet stake not returned in winnings. Free bets will be added to RaceBets account before 11am, 13th March 2018. The value of the prize is approximately £1000.
• 2. The winners will be notified by telephone and email individually within 24 hours after the draw has been conducted, winners will then have a further 24 hours to confirm.
• 3. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners, but if this cannot be achieved within the specified time-frame, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to an alternative winner or to dispose of the prize as it deems fit.
• 4. The winners may be required to take part in publicity related to the Promotion including having his or her photograph taken and his or her name, nationality and country of residence being disclosed.
• 5. Winning prize can not be sold to a third party.
• 6. To claim the prize, winners may be requested to present at least one (1) valid ID
• 7. The prizes will be awarded as described within the Promotion. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and not convertible to cash.
• 9. The Promoter shall not be responsible for arranging travel insurance, medical insurance, any transport expenses, any meal expenses, any expenses of a personal nature, any other travel related expenses or such other expenses which have not been specifically included in the terms and conditions of the prizes.
• 11. The Promoter shall not be responsible for the inability of any winner to utilize the prize, for any reason whatsoever.
• 12. The Promoter shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, illness,bodily injury including death of any winner and/or its companion during and/or in course of the package.

• 14. By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by the Promoter at their sole discretion.

• 16. Winners who do not wish to take part in this Promotion may either communicate the same to the Promoter or decline to accept and collect the prize within the deadline specified for the same.

Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any loss nor damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the prizes offered.
• 18. The Promoter disclaims any warranty or representation in relation to the prizes (except for cash) and shall not be responsible for the proper functioning of the prizes or any defect, loss or injury resulting from the use of the prizes.
• 19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the competition at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control. These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Malta
